You've got to give God something to work with!” This is the statement by which Eldress Demetria Aytch has based her ministry. Every since Elder Aytch heard and answered the call, she has chosen to follow the directive of her initial sermon, “Choose this day whom ye will serve.” Demetria preached what has been and continues to be, many inspiring messages to people of all races, dominations, and genders on October  11, 2001 and she has been running for the Lord ever since.

Demetria is a graduate of Greene Central High School, received her Associates Degree in Office Systems Technology from Lenoir Community College, and is currently employed by East Carolina Anesthesia Associates in Greenville, NC.  She is the mother of one son, Demetrius Eutychus Aytch, and places her relationship with him, 2nd to her sold out commitment to God.

Currently, Eldress Aytch is an Associate Minister at Rouse’s Abundant Life Ministries, located in Ayden, NC under Bishop Jessie and Co-Pastor Carolyn Jones. She has previously served in the capacity of Youth Ministry Leader, assisting in equipping our youth with Godly tools and principles to survive, succeed, and sustain, in an ever-changing society as well as participated in "The Young Adult Choir" and "Rebirth. Demetria or “Meat, Meat,” as she is referred to by those who know and love her; has suffered some great losses but continues to love people , enjoys spending time with friends and family, and has an undying commitment to the ministry. Above all, her relationship with God is an example for all to follow. Eldress Aytch says, “If you give Him something to work with, God will do the rest.”
